Botox Training Courses for healthcare professionals in the North West

Join the Underlining Beauty Training Academy for a one day course at our Wirral based training centre. We introduce the foundational theory and techniques of administering Botulinum Toxin (Botox) Type A to the facial area. Additionally, our Botox training courses comprises of both theory and practical elements, using patient models and practical assessment. Our one day Botox training courses cover a brief history of Botulinum Toxin (Botox), neurotoxin pharmacology, facial anatomy, consultation mastery, patient consent and contraindications.

Practical sessions cover techniques for treating the Glabellar, Crows Feet and Horizontal forehead lines using patient models. Furthermore, Delegates will also practise dilution & storage methodology. Other topics covered include: basic complications management and getting started as an aesthetics practitioner. Additionally, our Botox training courses include lifetime access to the Underlining Beauty resource archive, Facebook group and advice/support following successful course completion.

Botox Training Course FAQ’s

What time does the course start and finish?

The course will begin at approximately 9am and finish at approximately 5pm.

Will I need to bring any equipment with me on the course?

No, this will all be provided for you. Lunch will also be provided on the day, please advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements.

Will I need to arrange my own models for the practical sessions on the day?

No, Underlining Beauty Training Academy will arrange this for you.

What qualification will I gain from this course?

After you have completed the course, you will be qualified and have all the knowledge you require to start injecting your own clients with Botulinum Toxin to the facial area (Glabellar frown lines, crows feet and forehead lines). Once you have arranged your insurance and bought all of your products, you’ll be ready to go!

Can I order Botox once I’ve completed my course?

Botox is a prescription only drug; therefore only qualified prescribers can buy Botox.

Will I be able to prescribe Botox once I’ve completed my course?

If you are already a prescriber, you will be able to prescribe Botulinum Toxin on completion of your course.

If you are not currently a prescriber, you will be required to work with a qualified prescriber for Botulinum Toxin injections. Further details regarding how this may work can be found on our Resource Library on course completion.

Do I have to be local in Wirral or Chester to join the UB Training Academy Botox Training Courses?

No, we welcome healthcare professionals from all over. Providing you have the relevant professional number (PIN, GMC, GDC etc).
